Chocolate Chip Banana Cake

23 Jun

The second cake I baked was a chocolate chip banana cake. This one was a favourite since everyone loves chocolate. And the combination of banana and chocolate is the best. This cake is perfect to be eaten along with a cup of fresh juice or a cup of coffee. I searched on the internet for the easiest recipe. I found this one on About.com. Enjoy.

Chocolate Chip Banana Cake

-1 cup sugar

-112 g butter soft

-1 1/2 cup mashed bananas

-2 eggs

-2 tsp vanilla

-2 cups flour

-1 1/2 tsp baking powder

-1 tsp baking soda

-1/2 tsp salt

-1 cup chocolate chip

Preheat oven  to 162 C. Cream the butter and sugar. Beat in the mashed bananas, eggs, vanilla. Combine dry ingredients and stir in the butter mixture. Pour batter in a greased floured pan and bake for 40 minutes. Cool on a rack.

Enjoy.

Thank you dear for taking the time and baking such delicious treats. Everybody found what they were aiming for especially upon mixing the juice with the cake.

They look forward for more surprises soon, more gatherings, more laughter, more delicious meals and sweet sensations.

The lemon cake was definitely a new dimension for most of the people since they never tried it before.
